It is very important to follow the instructions on your receipt when receiving an order by freight carrier (tractor trailer) as these items require physical inspection and must be signed for as "damaged" at delivery in the event of shipping damage.
Unfortunately we have had customers that did not follow this policy and they have then left us a bad review when we could not help them when they voided their insurance coverage. We want to stress to all our customers that if you follow all the instructions on your receipt and item product page you will always be covered at Driven By Style LLC.
